Consulting Trainee - Risk Management

What will you do?

• Join a project team and provide assistance in external and internal project coordination and management, and more broadly support project delivery within the Risk Management consulting practice.

• Attend and contribute to client meetings, workshops and presentations, and support the preparation of consulting deliverables and training materials.

• Participate in the drafting of articles, proposals, policies and internal methodologies related to risk management topics.

• Assist in market research activities and contribute to the visibility and development of the consulting business line.

• Contribute to projects related to risk management frameworks, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring and risk reporting.

• Support clients in the design, review and improvement of risk management processes, internal controls and governance frameworks within the financial services industry.

• Assist in the coordination and preparation of client proposals and business development initiatives.

• Under the supervision of your colleagues and managers, and sometimes in direct contact with clients, you will progressively develop your autonomy and your professional know-how in consulting and risk management.

• You are a future graduate of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Law.

• You are interested in working in consulting, particularly within the asset management, banking and financial services sectors.

• You are enthusiastic about developing your expertise in risk management, project management and financial services environments.

• You distinguish yourself through your organizational skills, analytical mindset, autonomy, creativity, flexibility and team spirit.

• You are fluent in French and English; any additional language is considered an asset.

• You have a good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and are comfortable working with data analysis, reporting and presentation tools.

• An interest in risk analysis, internal control frameworks, governance and regulatory environments is considered a strong plus.
