Incorporated in 1999, it was bought by Cédric Lescop and Maxime Bouchard in 2010 and has been a pioneer of private aircraft fractional ownership. The company operates the largest fleet of Pilatus PC-12, PC-24 and Cirrus Jet in Europe (68 aircraft) on behalf of 450 Owners. The company employs 500 staff in Europe which includes 200 pilots.
