Airworthiness & Technical Records Officer

We have also recently added the Cirrus SF50, the world’s first single-engine private jet, to our fleet.

We are actively seeking a
Planning & Production Control Officer on a permanent full-time contract.
This position is based at the Jetfly Group headquarters in Luxembourg, at the heart of our airline operations.

Job Description

  • Participate in the definition of the maintenance policy.
  • Establish the current airworthiness status of the aircraft.
  • Manage maintenance activities and their scheduling/launch in order to maintain the airworthiness of the aircraft.
  • Monitor the records of all maintenance performed on the aircraft.
  • Organize the entry and storage of aircraft airworthiness data.
  • Apply and enforce department procedures, in compliance with applicable regulations and the CAME, with the objective of maintaining aircraft airworthiness.
  • Coordinate with MCC and planning dept the low potential of any A/C
  • Ensures accomplishment of all airworthiness directives (AD) or any other modification requirement in close cooperation with Engineering dept.
  • Work in close cooperation with PART 145 to schedule and monitor the maintenance on a daily basis.
  • Be the Point of contact and Act as Jetfly technical representative during scheduled maintenance
  • Regularly monitor the airworthiness status of the assigned aircraft. In this respect, report regularly to the PPC manager and the CAMO Postholder regarding the airworthiness status and any anomalies encountered.

 

 Profile

  • Academic degree in Aeronautics or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a CAMO environment or other technical area within the aviation industry.
  • Solid knowledge of EASA Part M & CAMO and EASA Part 145 regulations.
  • Familiarity with Business Aviation Operations and/or aircraft such as Pilatus PC-12/PC-24 and Cirrus SF-50 is considered an asset.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate and interpret aircraft technical documentation.
  • Proficient in using complex airworthiness software such as AMOS or operations systems like Flexx.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain internal and external networks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages such as French or German are an advantage.
