Knowledge Lawyer – Litigation

Your role:

Integrated within our knowledge management team, you will be assigned to our litigation practice. Under the supervision and guidance of the litigation partners in charge of the knowledge management, our knowledge management director, and with the support of the whole litigation team, your mission will be to:

  • Develop and manage our know-how including the drafting and updating of templates;

  • Gather internal know-how and ensure its appropriate distribution;

  • Update and enhance our internal online tools and keeping our dedicated Intranet page up-to-date;

  • Monitor legal developments and share the acquired information amongst the team.

  • Provide regular updates for internal and external purposes (including newsflashes, brochures, publications...);

  • Develop, coordinate and actively participate to our internal team meetings;

  • Organise conferences and meetings and to prepare the related documentation; brochures and presentations;

  • Play a key role in implanting and utilising the latest LegalTech tools (including Artificial Intelligence) to enhance practice efficiency and outcomes.

  • Work closely with other KM team members.

Your profile:

  • Excellent academic record with a University degree in law;

  • Significant experience in Luxembourg litigation practice, acquired in a Luxembourg law firm or in-house;

  • Perfect command of French and English, spoken and written (German will be an asset);

  • Good technical abilities and solid drafting skills;

  • Strong team player, dynamic, autonomous and resilient, facilitating, organising and supporting the development of the knowledge management with the capability to motivate the other team members;

  • Communicate effectively and keep relevant lawyers and staff informed in a timely manner;

  • Use appropriate communication tools.
