Sales-Lentz, Luxembourg’s leading bus company and a pioneer in sustainable mobility solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process & Quality Engineer to support our public sector client relationships and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Process & Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in improving customer service quality, designing processes, supporting the response to calls for tenders, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. You will work closely with senior account managers and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of mobility solutions to Luxembourgish communes and other public sector clients.
Your Role and Impact:
• Analyze existing operational processes, identify and deploy improvement opportunities
• Manage continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction in line with the strategy defined by the board
• In collaboration with operational teams, analyze process deviations, define root causes and set up sustainable solutions
• In collaboration with Key Account Manager, manage public sector clients needs and operational constraints and make sure addressing any issues promptly.
• Participate to customer complaints handling.
• Monitor and report on client performance metrics, prepare quality reportings, providing insights and recommendations to key account managers and leadership.
• Manage the entire process of submission to calls for tenders, from documentation to calculation, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are accurate and competitive.
• Translate customer needs into operational criterias and processes. Check by internal audit.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support profitability analysis with Finance and participate to create appropriate action plans
• Assist in the development of client-specific strategies and proposals, ensuring they align with both client needs and company objectives.
Who You Are:
• You have an Engineer diploma and 3+ years experience
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify trends and opportunities. Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an asset.
• You are a proactive problem-solver, capable of addressing client concerns and collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
• You have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
• You are fluent in French, and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Luxembourgish and German are asset.
• You have experience in project management.
