

Payroll Officer

Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:
Payroll Officer
Your role:
Prepare, collect and verify monthly payroll inputs;
Verify data in HRIS tool is up to date in connection with compensation and benefit data;
Review payroll reports and payslips for accuracy before distribution;
Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions;
Support onboarding and offboarding processes with payroll-related documentation;
Support to respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits;
Support to coordinate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies;
Help prepare internal payroll summaries and reports for management;
Support and control of the compensation review process;
Data quality checks in the HR tool;
Support to the HR reporting;
Data quality checks.
Your profile:
You are graduated in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources (higher education courses, Bac+3/Bac+4);
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Luxembourg in a similar position;
You are recognized for your rigour and organization and have great analytical and synthesis skills;
You are proactive and have a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
You speak French and have a good command of English. German would be considered an asset;
You have a very good command of IT tools (MS Office and more particularly Excel).
