Supply Chain Intern

We operate a fleet of 70 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24), along with the Cirrus SF50, combining Swiss precision and exceptional service to deliver a refined private flying experience,  exclusively for over 450 co-owners across Europe.

To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for a motivated and curious Supply Chain Intern to join our Ground Operations team.

Job description:

• Support the operational use of Odoo for onboard product purchasing, stock management, and aircraft cleaning tracking.
• Assist with the daily execution and improvement of the purchasing workflow and stock reception processes.
• Prepare reports on purchasing and inventory to support cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to supplier sourcing and support the identification of cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
• Track KPIs related to supply operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work on the supplier evaluation system (archiving, data, forms, reporting).

 

Profile:

• Ongoing university/master’s studies in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). French or German is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sociable, attentive, dynamic, problem-solving, curious.
• Good knowledge of Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables).
