Entry-Level Legal Associates

Your role:
You will join a team a highly skilled legal professionals who are experts in their fields. You will quickly have direct involvement in a variety of legal cases under the guidance of senior team members. Your tasks will include :

Drafting and reviewing documents and contracts;
Conducting legal research;
Participating in meetings and/or conference calls with clients to discuss their projects;
Following up on client requests and drafting opinions and documents under the supervision of the partner in charge;
Becoming rapidly involved in the knowledge sharing;
Our international client base will allow you to work on diversified cases in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Your profile:

You hold a university degree in law (Master 1 or 2), ideally completed by an LL.M degree in an English speaking country;
You have gained some initial professional experience through internships in international law firms;
You are fluent in English, and ideally also French or German;
You have proven listening skills and analytical rigor which enable you to gain the trust of internal and external contact persons;
You are open-minded, dynamic, flexible, and capable of working in a team in an organized and independent manner.

Junior Lawyer - Employment Law\n\n\n\nYou will join a reputable team of experts in a leading Luxembourg Employment Law practice with a remarkable track record of landmark cases. Your area of expertise will encompass employment law, as well as social security law, business immigration and all related queries.\n\nYour role: \n\nWork closely alongside the different team members to advise a clientele of both Luxembourg-based businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as international groups, on all direct and indirect aspects of employment, business immigration and social security law;\nProvide, amongst others, business orientated risk analysis and pre-litigation counsel to clients, actively participate in preparing clients’ defense in case of litigation as well as one-off and/or ongoing advisory assistance to clients;\nParticipate in the animation of broad range of in-house and external training offered by Arendt.\n\n\nYour profile:\n\nYou hold a university degree in law (LLM or Master 2 from France, Belgium or Luxembourg). Junior Lawyer - Alternative Investment Funds

Your future team:
We cover a 35% market share in Luxembourg and we advise more than 4800 Luxembourg-domiciled funds and sub-funds.

Your future key role in the European largest fund formation group:

Join smaller groups of legal experts lead by a Senior Associate / Counsel, within which you will advise clients during the entire life-cycle of their strategic projects;
Advise a wide variety of domestic and foreign asset managers on private equity and real estate acquisitions, restructuring and financing activities;
Work on the structuring, setting-up and organization of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs);
Advise on the most-suited investment set-up for our clients, drafting of the vehicles’ issuing- and constitutional documents (LPA, offering memorandums, articles of association), agreements with service providers (AIFM agreements, depositary agreements, portfolio management agreement, etc.) and preparing of filings with the CSSF as needed;
Work closely together with other Arendt practices and entities, we will support you to become trusted partner of our clients.

Your ideal profile:

You hold a Master’s degree in law (or equivalent), preferably completed by an LL.M.;
